Competed in six meets… ran a season’s best 50.09 in the 400 at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational… took ninth at the Mark Colligan Memorial by running 50.10 in the 400… took a fourth place result at the USD Alumni in the 400 at 51.11… recorded 10 top 10 finishes during the season.
 
Outdoor Track & Field
Competed in two meets… ran 22.7 in the 200 and 50.33 in the 400 to place sixth and seventh at the USD Early Bird… ran in three relays, including a second-place time of 3:18.61 in the 4x400 at the South Dakota Challenge.

2023-24
Indoor Track & Field
Competed in four meets...started the season out with a 50.83 in the 400 at the SDSU Holiday Open to place ninth...ran a 23.52 in the 200 to place 10th at the USD Alumni Meet.

Outdoor Track & Field
Ran at five meets...placed fourth in the 400 at the USD Invite with a personal best time of 49.73...set his PR in the 200 at the Mt. SAC Relays with a time of 22.55...recorded six top 10's during the season.

Prep
Brought home three medals from the 2022 Iowa State Track and Field Championships ... placed fourth in the 400 meters, seventh in the 200 meters and anchored Sheldon's eighth-place sprint medley ... broke Sheldon High School records in all three events, clocking a personal best 49.35 seconds for the 400 meters at the state meet and 22.56 seconds in the 200 meters ... also qualified for state wrestling as a junior and senior, and was a member of the Orabs' football team.
