Competed at five meets during the season … ran a season’s best in the 400 (1:00.51) and the 60-meter hurdles (9.21) at the Jim Emmerich Alumni Meet …ran a 60-meter best of 8.48 at the USD Alumni … ran on the second place 4x400 squad at the USD Alumni with a time of 4:05.60.
 
Outdoor Track & Field
Competed at six meets during the season … competed in her first heptathlon at the Sioux City Relays and placed fifth with 3893 points … recorded the best high jump of 5-0 ¼ in the heptathlon competition … ran a 100-meter hurdle all-condition best of 14.89 at the Mount Marty Twilight to place sixth … recorded bests in the 400-meter hurdles (1:07.41), high jump (5-1 ¼), and long jump (17-2) to place fourth in each event at the USD Twilight … was also on the winning 4x400 team at the USD Twilight running in 3:51.62 … totaled nine top 10 finishes.

Prep
Holds three school records at Norfolk Catholic… six-time state medalist in Nebraska… runner-up finishes in the 100 hurdles and the 4x100 relay at state as a junior… personal bests of 14.96 in the 100 hurdles, 44.69 in the 300 hurdles, and 59.31 in the 400-meters… all-conference and all-state basketball player as well.
