Ran a collegiate best 26:40.8 (8k) at the Summit League Championships to place 47th...also ran in the NCAA Division I Midwest Region Championships, running 35:13.2 on the 10k loop...placed 59th at the SDSU Classic, running 27:46.6 (8k).

Indoor Track & Field
Started his season with a personal best 4:24.49 in the mile at the Mark Colligan Memorial...followed that performance up with a PR in the 1,000, running 2:39.61 at the USD Alumni Meet.

Outdoor Track & Field
Started the outdoor season with a 4:09.54 in the 1,500-meters, his best time of the season...added a collegiate best 2:08.84 in the 800 at the USD Early Bird...placed seventh at the USD Invite in the 5,000 with a time of 15:58.36.

Prep
A medal-winner at the 2022 Nebraska State Cross Country Championships, placing 15th at the meet during senior season ... was also a member of Elkhorn South’s state championship team as a sophomore ... anchored the Storm’s third-place 4x800-meter relay at the 2021 Nebraska state track and field meet ... owns personal bests of 1:58 for 800 meters, 4:26 for 1,600 meters and 15:49 for 5,000 meters ... an honor roll student, academic all-Metropolitan Conference and academic all-state.
