Outdoor Track & Field
Placed ninth in the 400-meter hurdles at the Summit League Championship in a time of 1:03.82… ran a personal best 1:02.09 in the 400 hurdles to win the event at the USD Twilight… recorded a personal best in the 100-meter hurdles at 16.01 at the USD Early Bird… was a part of the winning 4x400 relay team at the Mount Marty Twilight, clocking 4:06.4… totaled eight top-10 finishes during the season.

Outdoor Track & Field
Competed in the 400-hurdles at the Summit League Championships, placing 10
th with a time of 1:04.6…won the 400-hurdles at the Mount Marty Twilight with a season’s best 1:03.54…ran a season’s best 16.36 at the Mt. SAC Relays in the 100-hurdles…won the USD Invite (1:03.93) and USD Challenge (1:04.25) in the 400-hurdles…recorded five top five finishes, including three event wins.

A three-sport athlete at Summerland High School ... a four-year letterwinner in volleyball, basketball and track and field ... earned three of four career state track medals at the 2022 Nebraska Class C state meet, finishing second in the 300 hurdles, fourth in the 400 meters and fifth in the 800 ... an All-State Honorable Mention selection in both volleyball and basketball ... owns a personal best of 45.79 in the 300 hurdles ...
