Helped the Coyote men capture their third-straight Summit League indoor title … took ninth in the mile with a career best 4:17.77 and ninth in the 3,000 with a time of 8:44.60 at the Summit League Championships … placed third in the 3,000 meters at the Dakota Realty Alumni meet … clocked a career best 5,000-meter time of 14:55.04 at the South Dakota State Indoor Classic.

Outdoor Track & Field
Broke the school record for 3,000 meters after clocking 8:34.61 at the Husker Spring Invitational … scored seven points at the Summit League Championships by placing fourth in the 1,500 meters, seventh in the 3,000 steeplechase and ninth in the 5,000 meters … won the 3,000 steeplechase with a new personal best of 9:07.77 at the Long Beach Invitational … also won the steeplechase at the Dakota Duals … set a new career best of 3:56.58 for 1,500 meters at the Mt. SAC Relays … ranks third in school history in the 3,000 steeplechase (9:07.77) … named to the Summit League Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

Finished in the Coyote’s top seven at every meet…placed 17^th at the Summit League meet with a season-best time of 25:50 (8k)…finished 12^th at the Tim Young Invitational in 25:59 (8k) to round out a pair of top-20 finishes…ran a time of 32:29 (10k) at the NCAA Regional.

Track & Field

Track & Field
Placed ninth in the 3,000 and 10th in the 5,000 at the Summit League Indoor Championships...won the 3,000 at the USD Alumni Meet...placed ninth in the 5,000 at the Iowa State Classic...used sparingly during outdoor season because of injury, but placed fifth in 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Duals...named to the Summit League Academic Honor Roll while earning Distinguished Scholar Status.

An accomplished distance runner who won the 2011 Nebraska Class A State Cross Country title with time of 15:51, which is seventh-best on the All-Class Gold Medalist list....gold medalist in the 4 x 800 relay and finished 12th in the steeplechase at the Young Men's Nationals2011 USATF Silver Medalist in the 2,000-meter steeplechase...2011 Super-Stare selection in cross country...three-time state cross country participant...qualified for state in 3,200 meters and 1,600 meters in 2010...National Honor Society member.
