Placed fourth in the shot put (47-4 ½) at the Summit League Championship...added a 12th place finish in the weight throw (53-9 ¾) at the championships...set a personal best of 47-7 ¼ (14.51m) in the shot put at the Nebraska Tune-Up...recorded a new best in the weight throw at 55-2 (16.81m) at the USD Alumni Meet...totaled nine top-10 finishes during the season.
 
Outdoor Track & Field
Competed in three events at the Summit League Championships...recorded a new personal best in the discus with a mark of 137-4 (41.85m) at the championships to place seventh...added a ninth place finish in the shot put (43-7) and 11th place in the hammer (156-0)...set a new personal best in the hammer at 167-3 (50.97m) to place second at the Mount Marty Twilight...totaled 12 top 10 finishes. 

2022-23
Indoor Track & Field
Finished 10th in the shot put at the Summit League Championships with a throw of 42-9 ¾ (13.05m) … also launched the weight throw a personal best of 52-1 ¼ (15.88m) at the league meet for 14th place … member of the Coyotes’ Summit League Championship title-winning team … threw the shot put a personal best of 45-9 (13.94m) for second place at Minnesota’s Jack Johnson Classic … also sent the weight throw a then-personal best 51-2 ¾ (15.61m) at Minnesota … took fourth in the shot put at the USD Alumni Meet … notched eight top-10 finishes during the season.

Placed eighth in the shot put at the Summit League Championships with a season-best throw of 44-4 ¼ (13.52m) … took third in the shot put at the USD Tune-Up … also launched the hammer a personal best of 158-10 (48.41m) at the USD Tune-Up … sent the discus a season best of 133-9 (40.78m) at the USD Early Bird … tallied six top-10 finishes during the spring … made the Summit League honor roll.

Prep
A four-year varsity letterwinner at North Star High School ... owns personal bests of 40-1 in the shot put and 99-10 in the discus ... also competed for the Gators in volleyball, basketball and unified bowling ... garnered academic all-state and academic all-conference honors on the track ... an honor roll student.
