Had a breakout performance at the Summit League Championships, sweeping the 800 and mile titles… ran 1:50.82 to win the 800 and 4:05.4 to win the mile at the conference meet… broke the indoor 800 school record at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational with a time of 1:49.34… set the school record in the 1,000-meters at 2:21.01 to win the event at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational… ran a personal best 4:03.07 in the mile to place second at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational… Placed inside the top five in every race but one during the season.
Outdoor Track & Field
NCAA West First Round Qualifier in the 800-meters… competed in the 800 and 1,500 meters at the Summit League Championships… placed sixth in both events, running 1:52.2 and 3:51.29 in the respective competitions… swept the 800 and 1,500 at the USD Tune Up with personal bests, including the outdoor 800 school record of 1:48.56… ran 3:44.21 in the 1,500… won Summit League Peak Performer honors following the performance at the USD Tune Up… Helped set the school distance medley relay record of 9:37.21 to place third at the Drake Relays… totaled 11 top-10 finishes during the season.

Placed 22nd at the Summit League Championships with a season's best time of 25:36.6 on the 8k course...Competed at the NCAA Midwest Region Championships, running a 33:38.6 in the 10k...raced in two other meets during the season.

Garnered all-Summit League honors in the distance medley relay with a team time of 10:03.56...member of the Summit League Championships title-winning USD team...placed 13th in the mile at the Championships with a time of 4:16.23...placed second in the mile with a personal best 4:11.51 at the Nebraska Tune-Up...won the 1,000-meters at the USD Alumni Meet with a 2:28.66 personal best...totaled six top-10's during the season.

Earned all-Summit League honors in the 1,500 with a runner-up time of 3:45.94, a personal best and the second quickest time in USD history...won four events during the season, including a personal best 1:53.74 in the 800 at the Mount Marty Twilight...won the 800 at the USD Early Bird and the 1,500 twice (USD Early Bird, USD Invite) during the season...finished inside the top 10 in every race over the season.

Placed 29th at the Summit League Chamiponships with a time of 26:12.89 … finished among the Coyotes’ scoring five at five of seven meets during the season … placed in the top-seven at every meet … posted a season-best time of 25:47.1 for 8,000 meters at the Bradley Pink Classic … took 20th at the Briar Cliff Invitational … clocked 26:32.5 for 50th place at Nebraska’s Woody Greeno Invitatational … completed the 10,000-meter NCAA Midwest Regional course in 32:56.30 in 123rd place.

Placed sixth as a member of the distance medley relay at the Summit League Championships … also took 11th in the mile with a season best time of 4:15.01 at the Summit League Championships … clocked a season best of 1:56.04 in the 800 meters at the Ichabod Mid-Week Challenge and finished third in the race … notched six top-10 finishes during the season.
