Clocked a season-best 10:31.72 in the 3,000 meters at the SDSU Last Chance meet … placed sixth in the 800 meters at the Dakota Realty Invitational with a time of 2:24.75 … clocked a mile time of 5:20.16 for eighth at the USD Invitational … tallied five top-10 finishes indoors.

Placed fifth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Summit League Championships … clocked a season-best 11:15.35 in the steeple at the Summit meet … finished third in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the South Dakota Tune-Up with a time of 11:19.79 … placed fifth in the steeplechase at the Sioux City Relays … tallied four top-10 finishes during the season … made the Summit League honor roll … named to the Summit League Commissioner’s List of Academic Excellence.

Competed in two meets for the Coyotes … clocked a season-best 5,000-meter time of 19:01.5 at the Augustana Twilight for 40th place … took 24th at the NDSU Bison Open with a 4,000-meter time of 15:11.1.

Indoor Track & Field
Recorded a season-best 3,000-meter time of 10:45.37 at the Nebraska Tune-Up with an 11th-place finish … notched a season-best mile time of 5:22.26 at the Adidas Classic … clocked a 5:22.54 mile at the Iowa State Classic.

2018-19
Cross Country
Placed 23rd at the Summit League Championships with a time of 22:32.23 … helped South Dakota capture its fifth-straight Summit League Championship team title … finished as the Coyotes’ seventh runner at the Woody Greeno Invitational where she finished 63rd overall … clocked a season-best 6,000-meter time of 22:28.2 for 6,000 meters at the Bradley Pink Classic … took 16th at the Augustana Twilight with a 5,000-meter time of 18:28.09 … made the Summit League honor roll … named to the Summit League Commissioner’s List of Academic Excellence.

Indoor Track & Field
Earned all-Summit League honors in the distance medley relay which crossed the finish line in 12:14.71 for third … also took 12th in the mile at the Summit League Championships … clocked a personal best time of 5:06.75 in the mile with a seventh-place finish at the Jack Johnson Classic … recorded a personal best of 10:12.29 in the 3,000 meters at the SDSU Indoor Classic, taking seventh place in the race … also notched a season best of 2:17.78 for the 800 meters at the SDSU Indoor Classic … took third in the mile at the Dakota Realty Alumni Meet in 5:09.89 … finished runner-up in the 1,000 meters with a time of 3:05.20 at the SDSU Holiday Invitational … tallied eight top-10 finishes during the season.

Placed fifth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Summit League Championships with a personal best of 11:03.40 … the time was the fifth-fastest steeple time in USD program history … also ran the 5,000 meters at the Summit League Championships, finishing in 17:48.57 … member of the record-setting 4x800-meter relay at the Drake Relays, clocking a school record time of 8:56.16 … also ran a personal best of 17:43.85 for 5,000 meters at the Drake Relays … won the 5,000 meters at the Sioux City Relays in 17:46.81 … also captured the 1,500 meters at the Wildcat Classic and the Red Raider Open … notched a season-best time of 4:47.15 in the 1,500 meters at the Texas State Bobcat Invitational … recorded nine top-10 finishes during the season with three event titles … made the Summit League honor roll … named to the Summit League Commissioner’s List of Academic Excellence.

Competed in four of six meets for the Coyotes … recorded a personal best of 24:00.6 for 34th at the Woody Greeno Invitational … also clocked 24:00.8 at the Bradley Pink Classic … took 66th at the Augustana Twilight with a 5,000-meter best of 19:19.16 … made the Summit League honor roll.

A four-year letterwinner for Rosemount High School ... a member of the Irish's Minnesota Section 3 AA Championship track and field team in 2016 ... holds personal bests of 2:15 in the 800 meters and 59.36 in the 400 ... split a 57.9 as the lead leg of the 4x400 relay at the 2015 Minnesota Class 2AA Track & Field Championship ... earned all-South Suburban Conference honors in cross country this fall ... also played basketball and soccer for the Irish ... a National Honor Society member and three-time academic all-state honoree.
