Indoor Track & Field
Placed fifth in the heptathlon at the Summit League Championships with a total of 4,963 points… had personal bests of 8.57 in the 60 hurdles and 7.41 in the 60 meters during the competition… placed second in the 1,000 (2:51.22) and the pole vault (13-9 ¼) during the heptathlon at the conference meet… recorded a high jump personal best of 6-2 ¾ at the SDSU Indoor Classic… totaled four top-10’s during the season.
 
Outdoor Track & Field
Competed at six meets during the season… opened the year with a pair of personal bests in the pole vault (14-1 ¼) and the discus (121-5) at the USD Early Bird… took eighth at the South Dakota Challenge with a 22-4 ½ in the long jump… set personal bests in the 110 meter hurdles (15.59) and the 400 (51.52) during the Yotes’ west coast weekend at the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate and the Beach Invite… ran a personal best 11.66 in the 100 at the Mount Marty Twilight.

2023-24
Indoor Track & Field
Placed fifth in the heptathlon at the Summit League Championships with a personal best total of 4,980 points...set a personal best pole vault clearance of 13-9 ¼ and won the heptathlon 1,000-meters in 2:50.62 at the Championships...member of the Summit League Championships title-winning Coyote team...placed second in the heptathlon at the USD Alumni Meet, totaling 4,921 points...set personal bests in the 1,000 (2:48.62), 60-meter hurdles (8.73), and the 60-meter dash (7.42) at the meet.
 
Outdoor Track & Field
Competed as a decathlete at the Summit League Championships, placing seventh with 6,441 points...set collegiate bests in the high jump (6-1 ¼), javelin throw (123-1), and 1,500-meters (4:41.57) at the Championships...set a long jump collegiate best with a distance of 21-11 at the Mt. SAC Relays...had a collegiate best mark of 121-2 in the discus at the USD Invite.

Spent freshman season with the Spartans.

Prep
Michigan indoor long jump champion ... a five-time all-state honoree in the jumps in addition to winning the long jump at the 2021 Michigan State Track & Field Indoor Championships ... held Lansing Catholic’s program records for the high jump (6-6) and long jump (22-1 ½) ... also placed 13th in the decathlon at the 2021 Nike Outdoor Nationals ... a member of the National Honor Society.
