Earned all-Summit League honors with runner-up finish in the one mile run … also placed sixth in the 800 meters to score 11 total points and help the Coyote men capture their third-straight Summit League indoor title … recorded a season best mile time of 4:09.74 to win the Jack Johnson Classic … won the 3,000 meters at the USD Twilight with a season best 3,000 time of 8:41.76 … finished runner-up in the mile and 3,000 meters and the Dakota Realty Alumni meet … ranks fourth in school history in the mile (4:09.74) … named Academic All-Summit League.
Outdoor Track & Field
Summit League 1,500-meter run champion after clocking 3:52.31 … also finished sixth in the 800 meters at the Summit League Championships … ran a career best 1,500-meter time of 3:47.64 to finish seventh at the Mt. SAC Relays … won the 1,500 meters at the Dakota Duals and the Bobcat Invitational … finished runner-up in the 5,000 meters with a career best 14:30.03 at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays … recorded a career best time of 1:53.68 for 800 meters at the Baldy Castillo Invitational … placed fifth in the 1,500 meters at the Drake Relays … ranks first in the 1,500 meters (3:47.64) and fifth in the 5,000 meters (14:30.03) in school history ... named to the Summit League honor roll, earning Distinguished Scholar status … named to the Summit League Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

Cross Country
Finished in the Coyote’s top three at every meet, with four top-10 finishes…placed fourth at the Summit League meet to earn All-Summit League honors…his time of 25:00 (8k) was a season-best…finished seventh at the Tim Young Invitational with a time of 25:12 (8k)…ran a time of 31:49 (10k) to finish 68th at the NCAA Regional…named to the Summit League’s Distinguished Scholar list.

Five-time All-American and three-time National Champion (4x800) at Morningside...placed second to earn all-conference honors for cross country...holds impressive personal bests in the 800 (1:53.6), mile (4:14.68), 3k (8:51.5) and 8k (25:15)...twice named NAIA scholar-athlete.

Three-time all-conference and state qualifier in cross country...conference runner-up as a junior as he helped his team win the title...two-time all-conference in soccer and led his team to a Iowa State Championship title in 2009...all-conference in basketball as a senior...academic honor roll throughout high school
