nd at the Briar Cliff Invite with a time of 26:30.5.
Indoor Track & Field
Summit League Champion in the distance medley relay in a time of 9:53.49 … also placed fifth in the 800-meters at the league meet in 1:50.80 … Ran a personal best 1:50.34 for third at the SDSU Last Chance … ran a leg of the school record distance medley relay squad that placed third at the Dr. Rick McGuire Invitational … opened the season placing third in the mile in 4:18.17 at the SDSU Holiday Open … ran a mile personal best of 4:14.37 at the Dr. Rick McGuire Invitational … took third in the 800 at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational in 1:52.31 … totaled nine top 10’s during the season.

Competed in the 800 and 4x400 at the Summit League Championships … recorded a 10
th place time of 1:54.35 in the 800 prelims and a fifth place finish as a part of the 4x400 relay … ran on the winning 4x400 at the Drake Relays, clocking 3:11.93, the fastest 4x400 in USD’s Division I history … won the 1500 at the USD Twilight in 3:57.54 … ran a 1500 best of 3:53.17 for fifth at the South Dakota Challenge … ran a 400-meter best of 50.35 to place 11

Ran at two meets during the season… ran 1:54.31 for eighth in the 800 at the SDSU Indoor Classic… took fourth in the 800 at the SDSU Last Chance in 1:54.79… ran 2:29.2 in the 1,000 at the SDSU Indoor Classic to place second.
Outdoor Track & Field
Placed eighth in the 800-meters at the Summit League Championships with a time of 1:52.83… ran a personal best 1:50.87 in the 800 at the USD Tune Up to place fifth… won the 800 at the South Dakota Challenge with a time of 1:53.7… clocked a personal best 3:56.45 in the 1,500 at the USD Early Bird… Ran on the school record distance medley relay (9:37.21) at the Drake Relays… totaled nine top 10 finishes during the season.
Prep
Qualified for both Indoor and Outdoor Nationals as a prep… earned Elite All-State Honors in track and cross country as a Urbandale J-Hawk… placed third at the Drake relays in the 800-meters and the distance medley… had personal bests of 49.07 in the 400, 1:53.68 in the 800, and 4:16 in the 1,600.
