Competed unattached at three meets during the season… had a season’s best throw of 50-5 ½ at the USD Alumni to place sixth… took seventh with a throw of 49-7 ¼ at the SDSU Indoor… placed fifth with a throw of 48-2 ¾.
 
Outdoor Track & Field
Competed at five meets unattached… had a season’s best 156-10 at the South Dakota Challenge in the discus… his best performance in the shot put came at the USD Tune Up with a throw of 47-4 ¼.

2023-24
Indoor Track & Field
Placed seventh with a personal best 48-9 ½ (14.87m) in the shot put at the Summit League Championships...member of the Summit League Championship title-winning team...placed 12th at the Championships in the weight throw with a mark of 45-7 ¾ (13.91m)...set a personal best in the weight throw at 46-11 (14.3m) at the Mark Colligan Memorial...recorded six top-10's during the season.

Outdoor Track & Field
Competed in six meets during the season...set a collegiate-best mark of 151-6 (46.18m) in the discus at the USD Challenge...had a season's best 46-9 (14.25m) in the shot put at the USD Invite...recorded five top-10's.

Prep
Competed in track and field and basketball at Shenandoah High School ... a three-time state qualifier in the discus, placing third as a senior after taking fifth in Class 2A as a junior ... also qualified for state in the shot put at a senior, placing sixth ... owns Shenandoah High School records in the discus (169-9.5) and shot put (52-6.5) ... a two-time USATF All-American in 2023 with a fourth-place finish in the discus (169-5) and fifth-place finish in the discus with a personal best 55-11 ... Athletic-Academic Achievement award winner.
