Competed in three meets… ran a best of 26.87 in the 200 at the SDSU Last Chance… set a 400 best of 59.36 at the SDSU Indoor Classic… totaled two individual top 10’s during the season.
Outdoor Track & Field
Set a personal best and placed 10
th in the 400 hurdles at the Summit League Championships with a time of 1:03.13… ran a personal best of 15.41 in the 100-meter hurdles at the USD Tune Up… finished runner up at the USD Twilight in the 400 hurdles at 1:03.42… also took second at the South Dakota Challenge in the same event at 1:03.87… in total, finished inside the top 10 eight times during the season.

Competed at two meets...ran a personal best 27.61 in the 200 at the USD Alumni Meet...competed in the 300-meters (43.85) and 60-meter hurdles (9.47) at the SDSU Holiday Open.
Outdoor Track & Field
Competed at five meets over the course of the season...was a part of the winning 4x400 relay (3:49.63) at the USD Challenge...set a personal best time of 1:06.05 in the 400h at the Bobcat Invitational...recorded a third place finish in the 400h at the Mount Marty Twilight in 1:08.2.
Prep
South Dakota state champion in the 300-meter hurdles as a junior ... qualified in four events for the 2022 South Dakota Class A meet ... also finished fifth in the 100 hurdles ... a member of the Fighting Cougars' basketball and volleyball teams ... an all-conference selection in the Big East Conference in both basketball and volleyball, helping the Fighting Cougars reach the 2021 state basketball tournament ... a personal best of 46.09 in the 300 hurdles ... National Honor Society member.

Daughter of James and Sarah Pulse ... older sister, Jacy, is an All-American hurdler for the Coyotes and owns South Dakota's school record in the 400-meter hurdles ... pre-elementary education.
