Opened up the season with a third-place finish at the Black Hills Collegiate Cup with her lowest time this season, a 59:48.9... named to the CTCA West All-Region team after finishing in third place at the West Region Qualifier with a time of 1:03:56.06. 

2022-23 | Sophomore
Triathlon
CTCA Scholar All-America … placed 12th at the West Regional Qualifier with a time of 1:03:35 at Stockton First Beach in Missouri … finished 12th at the Oktoberfest Invitational with a time of 1:03:55 at the Union Reservoir.

Lenoir-Rhyne
A member of the Bears' triathlon team the past two years ... a second-team All-American for Division II, placing 10th at the 2021 USA Triathlon Collegiate National Championships ... all-region at the Pleasant Prairie Qualifier and garnered CTCA Freshman of the Week in 2021 .. awarded Lenoir-Rhyne's Newcomer of the Year ...  won the Republic of South Africa's Triathlon National Championships in 2021, previously placing fourth in 2019 ... placed in the top-20 of a pair of triathlon cup races in Africa in the summer of 2022
