Competed in both swimming & diving and track & field during a prep career at Cheyenne East High School ... a five-time all-conference and two-time all-state honoree in the pool ... also picked up a pair of all-state honors for indoor track and field ... owns personal bests of 5:15.21 for the 500 free, 1:57.73 for the 200 free and 2:15.01 in the 200 IM in the pool ... carries personal bests of 5:23 for 1,600 meters and 11:47 for 3,200 meters on the track ... an honor roll student and member of the National Honor Society.
