Becky Jensen

Becky Flynn-Jensen serves as an athletic academic advisor for the South Dakota athletic department. In 2024, she was promoted to the Director of the Student-Athlete Success Center. 

In her new director role, she works with football (offensive line, quarterbacks, and running backs), men's basketball, and women's track & field and cross country. 

Jensen was a star athlete at Wakonda High School in Wakonda, S.D., and at Creighton University in Omaha, Neb.

In 2008, she completed a 10-year career as Assistant Women's Basketball Coach at The University of South Dakota.

Flynn-Jensen earned her B.A. in Psychology and Journalism at Creighton University and completed her master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Dayton University. Flynn-Jensen earned NCAA second-team academic All-America honors in 1993-94 and was a NCAA post-graduate scholar in 1996.
