INDIANAPOLIS, IND. -- The University of South Dakota men's basketball program ranked in the top-10 among all Division II institutions, according to attendance figures recently released by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) for the 2004-05 season.
USD placed ninth by drawing a total of 41,251 fans over 16 home games for an average of 2,578 per game.
As a league, the North Central Conference recorded the top attendance figure for the 25th straight season by pulling in 229,745 fans for 102 games (2,252).
