The Game
As the season winds down, the Coyotes control their own destiny in the Summit League title race. Four teams (South Dakota, Western Illinois, IUPUI, South Dakota State) remain in contention and the Coyotes face two of them on the road in the final week. A pair of wins would give the Coyotes an outright title and the No. 1 seed in the Summit League Tournament.

Scouting the Coyotes
South Dakota has won its last three games by a margin of 30 points and has used a balanced attack in recent games to spur the offense. A season-high six players scored in double figures against Omaha while the team shot a 61.1 percent from the field. Overall on the season, the Coyotes lead the Summit League in field goal percentage, 3-point field goal percentage and free throw percentage. In fact, the Yotes top the nation in free throw shooting at 81.1 percent. South Dakota has also moved to sixth in the nation for field-goal percentage at 47.7 percent behind four teams ranked in the AP Poll's top-5 and No. 21 Drake. If the shots fall in the Jungle, it should make the game a little easier for the Coyotes.

Scouting the Jaguars
The Jungle is a tough place for a foe to enter and the Jaguars have yet to lose a Summit League game on its home floor this season. The Jaguars swept Western Illinois and split home-and-home with South Dakota State. Overall, the Jaguars have won nine of their last 10 with guard Danielle Lawrence pacing them at 16.3 points per game. Lawrence ranks fifth in the Summit. Center Mikale Rogers adds 13.3 points, 7.3 rebounds and 2.4 blocks a game.

Reigning Summit League Player of the Week
South Dakota senior center Abigail Fogg took full advantage of her final two home games last week. She averaged 20.5 points and 8.5 boards while shooting at a 63.6 percent clip. She scored six threes in a half on her way to a career high 27 points over Oral Roberts followed by her second career double-double over Omaha. Fogg has reached double-figures for five straight games including a pair of 20-point games to go with a pair of double-doubles.

No. 100
The game against IUPUI will mark junior center Kate Liveringhouse's 100th career game as a Coyote. In USD's last five games, Liveringhouse has stepped up as the Coyotes' third-leading scorer. In that time span she has averaged eight points and four rebounds while shooting at a 45 percent clip. Liveringhouse has scored nearly 600 points and grabbed more than 300 rebounds in her first three seasons.
