Willer repeats on CoSIDA Academic All-District team

VERMILLION, S.D.—South Dakota senior Kellee Willer has been named to the 2019 CoSIDA Academic All-District VI women's soccer team as selected by sports information directors in the region. Willer will be added to the national ballot for Academic All-America to be announced December 5.
 
A native of Fort Collins, Colorado, Willer earns the CoSIDA honor for the second-straight season. A three-time all-Summit League honoree, she was selected to the Summit's first team for the first time this fall. Willer tallied eight goals during her final campaign, the fourth-most amongst Summit counterparts. She recorded the 14th hat trick in USD program history with her trio of goals at Oral Roberts.
 
Willer caps off her career with 15 goals and 13 assists to rank among USD's top-10 in both categories. Her 15 goals sits 10th, while her 13 assists are tied for third in program history.
 
Eligible student-athletes must have a cumulative grade-point average above a 3.30, have participated in at least 50 percent of their team's contests, completed one calendar year at the nominating institution, reached sophomore athletic eligibility and be nominated by their institution's sports information director.
