MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – Minnesota handed South Dakota women's tennis a 7-0 dual defeat in a match played Friday evening inside the Baseline Tennis Center.
The Gophers won all but one match in straight sets to improve to 8-2 on the season.
Jana Lazarevic, the Coyotes No. 1 singles player, lost a tough three-set match to Tina Kreinis 4-6, 6-3, 10-8.
South Dakota (0-7) faces Wisconsin Green Bay at the Baseline Tennis Center on Sunday.
