VERMILLION, S.D.—South Dakota men's basketball will make nine regular season appearances on Midco Sports during 2021-22, while radio broadcasts from the Coyote Sports Network will be available all season long.
 
John Thayer enters his second season as the voice of Coyote men's basketball with the Coyote Sports Network. KVHT 106.3 FM in Yankton serves as the flagship radio station for the Coyotes. In the event of scheduling conflicts, women's games will be broadcast by KVTK 101.5 FM and 1570 AM. Fans can catch all game radio broadcasts via the Varsity Network app on smart devices or on GoYotes.com.
 
Returning for his 10th season with Midco Sports is Jay Elsen calling play-by-play for the Coyotes. Midco will provide its live game production to either ESPN+ or ESPN3 for national coverage.
 
In addition to the regular season games, Midco Sports will broadcast the Summit League Tournament's quarterfinal and semifinal matchups. The Summit League Tournament title game will be televised nationally on ESPN2.
 
The Midco Sports team teamed up with The Summit League with a league-wide preview show that will debut tonight at 8 p.m. on Midco Sports.
 
South Dakota men's basketball tips off the season at 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 11 against Air Force at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls.
