The Game
South Dakota visits Oral Roberts at 2 p.m. Monday afternoon to open Summit League play inside the Mabee Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The Coyotes
South Dakota (7-4) is looking to win its eighth-straight Summit League opener. The Coyotes are 8-2 all-time in league openers. South Dakota is coming off a thrilling nonconference finale, defeating the Big East's Creighton 73-71 on the road Thursday night.
Maddie Krull made a great read to find an open
Hannah Sjerven for go-ahead layup in the final seconds. Four Coyotes scored in double-digits, led by
Chloe Lamb's 20 points. Sjerven tallied 17, Krull had a season-best 16 and
Liv Korngable added 12. South Dakota's preseason all-Summit picks in Lamb, Sjerven and Korngable, continue to account for 68 percent of the team's scoring.
The Golden Eagles
Oral Roberts (5-6) has won three of its last four games entering Monday. The Golden Eagles have a balanced scoring roster with only freshman Tirzah Moore averaging double-figures. Moore, a 6-foot forward from Oklahoma City, averages a team-best 11.2 points and 5.2 rebounds per game. Preseason all-Summit pick Keni Jo Lippe is averaging 9.2 points per game. The Golden Eagles are 4-2 inside the Mabee Center this season with Tulsa and UNLV earning wins against ORU.
The Series
South Dakota has won 15-straight to take a 17-3 lead in the series with Oral Roberts. This will be USD's first trip to the Mabee Center since Feb. 15, 2020. The Coyotes' last three victories inside the Mabee have been by five points or less.
