Dalton Godfrey were named to the Phil Steele FCS All-America Team announced Tuesday.

Cochrane (Mount Vernon, Iowa), a two-time all-Valley honoree, led the Coyotes with 103 tackles this past season and his 327 career stops are sixth-most in program history. He was the only Valley player with four interceptions during conference play. Included in his season totals were 2.0 sacks, 10.0 tackles for loss and six pass breakups.

Godfrey (Cedar Falls, Iowa) has served as long snapper for each of the last four seasons and is also a two-time all-Valley honoree. He helped
Brady Schutt set the program record for career punting average while also assisting
Mason Lorber on 10 consecutive field goals this past season and 13 overall. South Dakota ranked 10
th nationally in net punting after leading the nation in that category last spring.
