South Dakota Director of Ticket Sales and Operations
Adam Riley is pleased to announce that
McKenna Schultz has been hired as the Assistant Director of Ticket Sales and Operations.
Schultz comes to South Dakota from Fort Collins, Colorado, after serving as the territory sales lead with The Hershey Company. She graduated in 2021 from Iowa State University with a business degree in marketing and a minor in advertising. She was named to the Ivy College of Business Dean's list that year as well. Schultz was a five-year standout on ISU's women's soccer team. She was a four-time Academic All-Big 12 honoree and still holds the record for most career games played for the Cyclones. Schultz logged over 1,000 minutes on the pitch for the Cyclones in four seasons. In the 2020-21 season, she was Iowa State's only field player to never leave the field as she tallied 1,264 minutes of play.
Outside of the office, Schultz spent time as a volunteer worker at the Denkai Animal Shelter in Fort Collins. She also coached the Colorado Storm, a soccer recreational camp for youth ranging in ages from five to 11.
"I am very excited to be a part of USD athletics," said Schultz. "Being an athlete has shaped me into who I am today, so I am very thankful to continue to learn and grow as a Coyote."
A native of Timnath, Colorado, Schultz began her duties in the office earlier this week. Â
