SIOUX FALLS, S.D.—South Dakota senior soccer players Hattie Giblin and Caroline Lewis have been voted to the Summit League Women's Soccer Academic All-League Team announced Friday.
 
Giblin, a midfielder from Sioux Falls, appeared in 62 career games for the Coyotes. She was named the Summit League Scholar of the Championship in late October which honors the student-athlete with the highest cumulative grade point average participating in the Summit League Tournament. Giblin maintains a 4.0 while majoring in kinesiology and sport management.
 
Giblin played in all 18 games for the Coyotes this season, earned two starts and totaled nearly 700 minutes. She totaled two goals and four assists during her collegiate career.
 
Lewis, a senior goalkeeper from Adrian, Michigan, is an accounting major with a 3.92 GPA. She is a two-year starter who notched 10 shutouts in her four seasons. Lewis won 14 games, made 178 saves and finished with a 1.56 goals against average. She made the seventh-most saves in program history and has the eighth-best goals against average.
