The Game

South Dakota hosts Bradley for a game at 6 p.m. Wednesday inside the Sanford Coyote Sports Center in Vermillion. Santa will also be making an appearance inside the SCSC.
 
A live stream of the game will be available on the Summit League Network available via the Midco Sports Plus app. A radio broadcast from the Coyote Sports Network with Jerry Palleschi will be available on KVHT 106.3.
 

The Coyotes

Tonight's game is the final tune-up ahead of the holiday break and the start of Summit League play. South Dakota (9-3) is in the midst of a six-game winning streak, which is tied for 25th in the nation.
 
Kendall Holmes is the reigning Summit League Peak Performer of the Week. She made nine 3-pointers in two games last week, the fourth-most by any player nationally. She hit a three at the end of regulation to force overtime and USD beat UT Martin 80-74 Saturday.
 

The Braves

This is also the final nonconference game of the season for Bradley (4-6), who has lost to South Dakota in each of the last three seasons. Head coach Kate Popovec-Goss was suspended November for the duration of nonconference play. Armelia Horton has served as acting head coach for these first 11 games.
 
Old Dominion transfer and leading scorer Kaylen Nelson has missed the last five games with an ankle injury. She had averaged 15 points in the first five games. Alex Rouse has averaged 12 points and shot 56 percent from the field in her absence.
 

The Series

This marks the fourth-straight year the two programs have met. South Dakota is 3-0 in the series, winning last year's meeting 71-53.
