VERMILLION, S.D. — After a 42-31 win over (13) Tarleton State yesterday, the No. 4-seeded University of South Dakota has advanced to their second-straight FCS Quarterfinal appearance - and second in program history – under head coach Bob Nielson.
 
The Yotes will play host to No. 5-seeded UC Davis (11-2) out of the Big Sky Conference, who finished second in the Big Sky behind No. 1 overall seed Montana State. The Aggies have just one loss to FCS opponents (Montana State, L, 30-28 on Nov. 16) after dropping the season-opener to the Cal Bears (31-13).
 
UC Davis will head to the DakotaDome afte a 42-10 win over Missouri Valley Football Conference (MVFC) foe Illinois State yesterday in Davis, California.
 
The contest, as announced by the NCAA, will be on Saturday, December 14 inside the DakotaDome. Kickoff is slated for 2:00 p.m. (CT) and live exclusively on ESPN+. Ticket information for the quarterfinal game can be found below.

Monday, December 9 the Howling Pack exclusivity window closes and tickets become available to the general public at 5 p.m.
 
As of 5 p.m. on Tuesday, December 10, season tickets that are not yet purchased will be released to the general public.
