SIOUX FALLS, S.D.—South Dakota senior Erin Kinney captured the Summit League Peak Performer of the Week presented by TicketSmarter for the period ended April 14.
 
Kinney nets the league's weekly honor for the second-straight week and 12th time of her career.
 
Hailing from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Kinney was the lead leg of the Coyotes' 4x100-meter relay that broke South Dakota's school record and the Lillibridge Track Complex record with a clocking of 44.39 seconds. The mark ranks 26th nationally this spring. Kinney also won the open 100 meters in a wind-legal time of 11.31 seconds which ranks 33rd in the nation. Both times lead the Summit League this spring.
 
South Dakota heads to California this weekend for the Mt. SAC Relays, Thursday through Saturday, in Walnut, California.
