INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — After receiving national attention for her performance earlier this season,
Grace Larkins finds herself in the spotlight again, this time being named to the United States Basketball Writer's Association's (USBWA) watch list for the Ann Meyers Drysdale National Player of the Year, announced Monday afternoon.

Larkins is one of 50 athletes named to the midseason watch list, and one of ten mid-major players on the watch list. She is the lone Summit League athlete on the watch list.

This season, Larkins, who headlined the USBWA's Women's National Players of the Week for the week of Jan. 12, is averaging 24.4 points per game (fourth in the NCAA), 9.4 rebounds (43
rd), and 5.6 assists (19
th). Her 37.2 minutes per game ranks fifth in the country. Larkins has scored more points than any other player in the country with 561 points, and is 12
th in the country in assists.

Larkins has four Kwik Star Summit League Peak Performer of the Week honors to her name this season, and after breaking the school's single game scoring record with 45 points against Omaha, received the Associated Press National Player of the Week and the USBWA National Players of the Week.

Larkins has climbed the school record books as a senior, and now stands third in Coyote history in points (1,907), fourth in free throws made (421), fifth in assists (475), seventh in rebounds (818), and eighth in steals (195).
