BEACH INVITATIONAL
LONG BEACH, Calif. – For the third time in three days,
Lydia Knapp reset a school record at the Beach Invitational Saturday.
Knapp reset her school record in the discus by throwing 180-0 (54.86m) to place third. She ranks first in the Summit League this spring and 25
th in Division I.
In other field events,
Beau Karst recorded a personal best 16-8 ½ (5.09m) to place seventh in the pole vault.
On the track,
Mason Sindelar ran 1:49.6 to take fourth in the 800-meter invite section. That time ranks third on the Coyote Top 10 list.
Caleb Rivera ran 1:51.6 to place 10
th in the 800, a time that would've ranked 10
th on the Coyote Top 10 if it wasn't for Sindelar's time.
Mikael Grace took second in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 14.00 seconds.
Sophie Amin ran 14.31 in the 100-meter hurdles and
Reece Snow ran 11.24 in the men's 100-meters.
MT. SAC RELAYS
WALNUT, Calif. –
Sara Reifenrath and
Averi Schmeichel competed on the track Saturday at the Mt. SAC Relays.
Reifenrath ran 53.49 in the 400-meters, placing 13
th in the Elite Division. She takes over the Summit League lead in the event.
Averi Schmeichel ran 14.09 in the Elite 100-meter hurdles.
