Sioux Falls, S.D. — Following South Dakota's trip to Colorado, Abi Brown was named the Kwik Star Summit League Softball Peak Performer of the Week for her strong outing at the plate. 
 
Brown helped the Yotes to a 2-2 record while playing Colorado State and Northern Colorado over the weekend. She held a .636 average with seven hits in 11 at bats including a double, a triple, and a home run. 
 
Brown also brought in five RBIs and scored two runs herself. She ended the weekend with a .692 on base percentage and reached base via a walk twice. 
 
Brown had three multi-hit games and two multi-RBI games over the weekend.
