Carrie Eighmey is pleased to announced the signing of Bri Robinson, a senior transfer from Northern Iowa, to the Coyotes for the 2026-27 season.
Â
Robinson comes to South Dakota after a successful three years at Northern Iowa, where she appeared in 80 games, making 21 starts. A breakout junior season had Robinson averaging 8.8 points, 2.4 assists, and 3.8 rebounds in 23.1 minutes per game. She started 18 of her 24 games in 2025-26.

"Bri is a highly skilled, fiercely competitive guard that will add valuable collegiate experience to our team next year," Eighmey said. "She's an aggressive downhill driver, can score from the perimeter, and makes her teammates better. Bri loves to play defense and will compete to keep the ball in front! We are thrilled she has decided to be a Yote!"
Robinson was named to the MVC Preseason Watchlist and was on the MVC Scholar-Athlete Team this season. She has been an MVC Honor Roll student each year and was on the MVC Commissioners' Academic Excellence Awards list her sophomore year.
Â
As a prep standout for Lincoln High School, Robinson was an all-State honorable mention and Lincoln First-Team all-City point guard. She helped the Links reach the Class A Semifinals in 2021-22. She competed with the Nebraska Attack 17U AAU team.
Â
Robinson plans to major in biochemistry at South Dakota. She was a National Honors Society Member in High School and has continued volunteering with the program.
