Made her collegiate debut as a pinch hitter against Boise State in the season opener (2/8) … entered nine games as a pinch runner and scored four runs … made three relief pitching appearances totaling 4 1/3 innings … allowed 10 runs, but just three earned, in those three games … struck out two batters … also made an appearance defensively at first base … made the Summit League honor roll.

Attended Seattle Academy of Art but played softball for Ballard High School ... as a junior, earned first-team all-metro honors as a pitcher with a 2.53 ERA and 132 strikeouts in 105 1/3 innings ... also hit .487 at the plate and hit better than .450 in each of her first three seasons at the varsity level ... King also competed for Northwest Sidewinders Fastpitch Club which qualified for the 2015 Premier Girls Fastpitch National Championships (16U) in 2015
