 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: If I would like to move to the west side of the DakotaDome, should I renew my current seats first or wait until I get to pick new seats?

A: The seating process will begin after the renewal period. To be able to change your seats, you will first have to renew your current seats and request an upgrade at that time. If you renew your season tickets online, there will be an option for you to request a seat upgrade. If you renew over the phone, please tell the ticket representative that you would like to request a seat upgrade.

Q: What if I want to stay in my current seats?

A: Renew your seats during the renewal period and additional seats may be requested at that time as well.

Q: How does the per seat donation work?

A: To purchase seats in an area designated as having a per seat Howling Pack donation requirement, you will be required to have an annual membership level equivalent to $75 per seat. For example, if you had four seats in Section N, you would be required to be a Howling Pack member at the $300 level or above.

Q: What are the options for premium seating?

A: One of the most exciting highlights of this project are the suites and loge boxes. There are 10 executive suites and 15 loge boxes located on the 200 level of the west side of the DakotaDome. For more information on these seating options, please contact Andy Carr at Andrew.Carr@usdfoundation.org or 605-658-5507.

Q: How do my Coyote Points impact my seating?

A: Seating priority is determined by using the rankings based on Coyote Points. The South Dakota ticket office maintains a ranking system that will seat season ticket holders based on their financial support and loyalty. You must elect to receive benefits to accumulate Coyote Points. The highest priority points will be seated first.

Q: How do I get access to the Coyote Landing or Dome Club areas?

A: Howling Pack members who give at the $2,000 level or above get access to Coyote Landing and members at the $5,000 and above level receive access to the Dome Club.

Q: I want to sit on the new west side of the DakotaDome in 2020. Where will I park?

A: Parking accomodations on the west side of the DakotaDome are developing. Further details will be released soon.
