Jordan Knock

Jordan Knock is in his second season as a graduate assistant coach with the Coyotes in 2019. Knock works primarily with the offense.
 
Knock lands in Vermillion following a brilliant collegiate career at Grand View University in Des Moines, Iowa, where he was twice named Heart of America Offensive Player of the Year. Knock passed for 3,429 yards in 12 games for the Vikings as a senior in 2017 and added 315 yards rushing. He accounted for 44 touchdowns including 30 passing and 14 rushing while leading Grand View to nine wins and the NAIA Football Championship Series for the second consecutive season.
 
Knock passed for 6,563 yards and 47 touchdowns in two-plus seasons as the Vikings’ signal caller. He also totaled 977 yards rushing with 23 scores. As a senior, he ranked fifth in the nation in total offense and was NAIA’s sixth-leading passer. He guided an offense that finished eighth nationally in both scoring and total offense.
 
Knock hails from Gilbert, Iowa, and attended Gilbert High School. He double majored in sports management and business administration with a marketing concentration at Grand View.
