Rhone, originally from Milwaukee, Wis., is a 2005 graduate of Wisconsin-Stout, where he was an all-conference defensive back and first-team All-American in 2002 when he had 41 tackles and four interceptions. Prior to attending Wisconsin-Stout, Rhone played two years at Ellsworth Community College in Iowa Falls, Iowa. He is a member of the Sioux Falls Storm of the United Indoor Football league and will help with the defensive backs.
