Adam Lenz, a native of Akron, Ohio, joins the Coyote swimming and diving coaching staff as a graduate assistant ahead of the 2022-23 season after a decorated collegiate career at John Carroll University.
2021-2022
Concluded a historic career for the Blue Streaks at the 2022 NCAA Division III National Championships. Anchored the 200 Medley Relay (5th) with a split of 20.05, swam on the 200 freestyle relay (8th) with a split of 20.21, while additionally swimming prelims in the 200 Breaststroke and 400 Freestyle Relay...Scored a total of 46 points in the historic 1,037 total points scored in the 2022 OAC Championships. Placed 3rd individually in the 50 Freestyle (20.86) and 200 Breaststroke (2:04.54), and 5th in the 500 Freestyle (4:47.35). Additionally was a member of gold medal finishes in the 200 Freestyle Relay (1:20.53) and 200 Medley Relay (1:38.22).Â
2020-2021
With victories in the 200 IM (1:54.21), 200 Freestyle Relay (1:21.02), 200 Medley Relay (1:28.90), and 800 Freestyle Relay (6:54.57); contributed to a historic conference championship for the Blue Streaks. Additionally placed fourth in both the 100 Breaststroke (57.66) and 200 Breaststroke (2:07.04).Â
2019-2020
Became an individual OAC Champion by placing first in the 200 IM (1:52.70), additionally placed third in the 200 Breaststroke (2:03.77) and fourth in the 200 Freestyle (1:42.00) at the OAC Championships.Â
2018-2019
At NCAA's, earned All-American Honors in the 200 Medley Relay and 400 Free Relay and competed in the 400 Medley Relay, 200 Free Relay, and the 200 Breaststroke...At OAC's, broke the conference record in the 200 Freestyle Relay (1:22.02) and the 400 Freestyle Relay (3:04.04) while also winning the 800 Freestyle Relay with a time of 6:56.34 and placing second in the 200 IM (1:52.76).Â
