2017-18
Earned All-Summit League honors as a member of the 400 medley relay that placed third at the Summit League Championships … also placed eighth in the 100 breast (1:05.11),  16^th in the 100 IM (1:01.29) and seventh in the 200 breast (2:22.72) …  was a member of the 400 medley relay (3:45.74) that broke the school record … on the Coyote Top 10 List, moved up to second in the 100 breast (1:04.35) … finished in the top-five seven times this season ... made the Summit League honor roll ... named to the Summit League Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

2016-17
At the Summit League Championships, placed fourth in the 200 breast (2:20.79) seventh in the 100 breast (1:05.56) and 20^th in the 400 IM (4:40.83) … on the season, was the runner-up in the 100 breast (1:18.62) vs. North Dakota … placed in the top-5 of eight events … finished in the top-10 of 10 more … on the Coyote Top 10, ranks third in the 200 breast (2:20.79), fourth in the 100 breast (1:05.16) and fourth in the 400 IM (4:33.93) … made the Summit League honor roll.

2015-16
Placed seventh in the 200 breast (2:21.76), eighth in the 100 breast (1:05.16) and 14^th in the 400 IM (4:33.93) at the Summit League Championships … finished second in the 400 IM against North Dakota with a time of 4:52.97 … ranks third on the Coyote Top 10 list in the 100 breast with a  time of 1:05.16, is fourth in the 400 IM with 4:33.93 and is fifth in the 200 breast with a time of 2:21.76 … placed in the top-10 of 16 events … made the Summit League honor roll ... named to the Summit League Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

2014-15
Placed ninth in the 200 breast (2:23.75), 10th in the 100 breast (1:06.87) and 14th in the 400 IM (4:39.45) at the Summit League Championships … finished the season at fourth in the 400 medley relay (3:51.47) in the Summit League rankings … swam a season best 31.86 in the 50 breast, 1:06.18 in the 100 breast, 2:23.66 in the 200 breast, 29.45 in the 50 fly, 1:04.44 in the 100 fly, 2:12.51 in the 200 IM and 4:38.04 in the 400 IM … moved into fifth in the 200 breast, sixth in the 100 breast and 10th in the 400 IM in all-time school history ... named to the Summit League honor roll, earning Distinguished Scholar status.

Prep
Competed at the Wisconsin Division I state meet as a sophomore and Division II meet as a junior...set St. Thomas More records in the 100 breaststroke, 100 backstroke, 200 IM, 100 freestyle, 200 freestyle and 500 freestyle...named Cavaliers team captain for three years...also lettered in track as a senior...Student Council officer...National Honor Society President as a senior...volunteered with Relay for Life for three years.

Daughter of Andy and Lisa Howell...medical biology major with a double minor in interdisciplinary sciences and psychology.
