All-America first team honoree … All-East Region team … CTCA Scholar All-America … South Dakota Colonel Wales Award honoree … helped the Coyotes place third in the team race at the USA Triathlon Collegiate National Championships … placed fifth at nationals individually in 1:05:47.7 at Tempe Town Lake … finished runner-up in the under-23 division at the Americas Triathlon Cup to qualify for the United States’ World Championship team … also represented Team USA at the Junior Pan American Games, placing fifth in the race … placed third at the Smith Mountain Lake regional qualifier in 1:02:57.0 in her first NCAA race.
Cross Country
Earned all-Summit League second team honors … placed 13th at the Summit League Championships with a season-best clocking of 22:16.12 for 6,000 meters … raced in just two meets during the fall, finishing among the Coyotes’ scoring five at both meets … finished third overall at the Augustana Twilight, completing the 5,000-meter course in 18:20.39 … made the Summit League honor roll … named to the Summit League Commissioner’s List of Academic Excellence.
Swimming and Diving
Posted an individual victory in her only race of the season, the 200 fly (2:23.35) in meters in a home dual with Minnesota State.
2020-21
Triathlon
Fall collegiate season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic … won the Clermont Elite Development race in March with a time of 1:03:01.5 … earned CTCA Scholar All-America honors.
Cross Country
Fall cross country season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.
Indoor Track & Field
Raced at one meet during swimming and diving season … clocked 5:09.22 for the mile at the Dakota Realty Invitational and placed third.
Outdoor Track & Field
Competed at a pair of meets outdoors … won the 1,500 meters at the USD Twilight in 4:47.97 … clocked a personal best of 2:18.33 for the 800 meters at the South Dakota Tune-Up … made the Summit League honor roll … named to the Summit League Commissioner’s List of Academic Excellence.
Swimming & Diving
Earned All-Summit League honors with a runner-up finish in the 200 butterfly (2:04.84) at the Summit League Championships...also at the championships placed fifth in the 400 IM (4:34.64) and sixth in the 100 butterfly (57.63) while also swimming on a fourth-place 200 medley relay quartet...swam a personal best 4:34.34 in the 400 IM during the prelims at the Summit League Championships to move into 10th on the all-time chart...set the school meters record in the 100 fly in 1:04.79 during a home dual with South Dakota State...posted five individual wins during the season...won both the 100 fly and 200 fly in a dual with St. Cloud State...won the 200 fly at the Coyote Extravaganza and the Quad Duals...placed in the top 10 in 13 events...Academic All-Summit League...made the Summit League honor roll...named to the Summit League Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.
2019-20
Cross Country
Finished 21st at the Summit League Championships in 22:27.2 … her time at the Summit meet was a season-best for 6,000 meters … competed in six of seven meets for the Coyotes … finished in the Coyotes’ top-seven at all six of those meets … scored for USD in the first three meets of the year … placed fourth overall and was the second Coyote across the finish line at the NDSU Bison Open with a time of 14:27.2 for 4,000 meters … clocked a season-best 5,000-meter time of 17:50.8 at the Augustana Twilight with an 11th-place finish in the race … it marked the eighth-fastest time the league this season … finished 25th at Nebraska’s Woody Greeno Invitational … made the Summit League honor roll … named to the Summit League Commissioner’s List of Academic Excellence.
Indoor Track & Field
Competed for the Coyotes’ swimming and diving team during the winter … ran on a 4x400-meter relay that placed 10th at the Jim Emmerich Invitational … made the Summit League honor roll … named to the Summit League Commissioner’s List of Academic Excellence.

Cross Country
Competed at four meets during the season for the Coyotes … recorded a season-best 6,000-meter time of 22:30.0 at the Bradley Pink Classic … finished 32nd at the Augustana Twilight, clocking 18:54.43 for 5,000 meters … was an alternate for the Summit League Championships as the Coyotes won the program’s fifth-straight team title … made the Summit League honor roll.
Swimming
At the Summit League Championships was a member of the fourth-place 800 free relay team while also placing sixth in the 200 fly (2:08.93), 14th in the 100 fly (58.37) and 16th in the 400 IM (4:42.07)..Set the DakotaDome pool and school record (meters) in the 200 fly (2:21.21) in dual with South Dakota State...on Coyote Top 10 list (yards), sits fourth in the 200 fly (2:07.53)...won the 200 fly in three separate meets during the season, duals with Western Illinois, Omaha and South Dakota State...placed in the top 10 in seven events.… made the Summit League honor roll.
