Helped South Dakota claim its fourth Summit League Regular Season Championship and advance to the National Invitational Volleyball Championship…played in all 29 matches and appeared in 115 sets…totaled 182 kills, 104 total blocks, 20 solo blocks, 46 digs, and five service aces…had a season-high 12 kills against Illinois State (Sept. 15)…had a season-high seven total blocks against Denver (Sept. 30)…named the Defensive Summit League Peak Performer of the Week on Sept. 19 for the first time in her career.
2022
Helped the Coyotes win the Summit League Tournament Championship and the Summit League Regular Season Championship for the first time in the same season…appeared in 33 matches and 128 sets…totaled 177 kills on 419 swings for a .282 hitting percentage…also had 32 digs, 23 service aces, 94 block assists, and 23 solo blocks…had 15 kills in a win over St. Thomas (Oct. 6)…had 10 blocks in a sweep of CSU Bakersfield (Sept. 9).
2021
Helped the Coyotes win the Summit League Tournament Championship...saw action in 10 matches and 26 sets...had seven kills and 16 block assists...had two kills and three blocks against Missouri (Sept. 5)...had two kills and six blocks in a road win at North Dakota (Nov. 18)...made the Summit League honor roll.
SANTA CLARA/MISSOURI
Spent her freshman season at Missouri, where she appeared in four matches. She played in seven sets, totaling two kills and six total blocks for the Tigers....Paumen, a member of the Dean’s List at Missouri in the spring 2019, transferred to Santa Clara for the spring 2020 semester...She was training with both the indoor and beach volleyball teams when COVID-19 halted collegiate sports. She participated in all 14 duals during the beach season in the spring 2020, going 4-10.
PREP
She was a prep all-stater at Maple Lake, graduating in 2018, helping her team win back-to-back Minnesota Class AA state championships. Her senior season the Irish went a perfect 36-0.
PERSONAL
Daughter of Brian Paumen & Lori Regnier ... graduated in May of 2022 with bachelor's degree ... working on master's degree in interdisciplinary studies with an emphasis in marketing and kinesiology & sport management.
