Helped the Coyotes win the Summit League Tournament Championship...started all 30 matches and played all 116 sets while totaling 194 kills, 82 total blocks and 46 digs...reached double figures in kills three times...matched her career high with 13 kills in a home win over Kansas City (Oct. 28)...had 12 kills against South Dakota State (Sept. 24) and 10 kills against Missouri (Sept. 5)...set a career high with 11 total blocks against Milwaukee, equaling the Sanford Coyote Sports Center record for a single match...ranked ninth in the Summit League with a .310 hitting percentage...made the Summit League honor roll.
2020
Helped the Coyotes win the Summit League Tournament Championship...started all 22 matches and played all 87 sets while totaling 153 kills, 34 digs and 82 total blocks...reached double figures in kills twice on the season with a career-high 13 against North Dakota State (Feb. 22) and 10 against Kansas City (March 19)...had a career-high nine total blocks against Omaha (Feb. 15)...ranked fifth in the Summit League with a .288 hitting percentage...made the Summit League honor roll...named to the Summit League Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

2019
Helped the Coyotes win the Summit League regular season title with a perfect 16-0 mark, set a new all-time wins mark with 31 and set a Summit League record for highest win percentage in a season (.912) and finish as NIVC runner-up...Appeared in 34 matches and all 123 sets while contributing 242 kills and 122 blocks...Ranked fifth in the Summit League in blocks per set (0.99)...tallied double figures in kills five times with a season best of 11 on two occasions, against Louisiana Tech (9/7) and in the NIVC opening round against Central Michigan (12/5)...had two of her seven service aces on the season against Denver (11/3)...posted a season high seven blocks against Valparaiso (8/31) … made the Summit League honor roll.

2018 (New Hampshire)
Appeared in all 27 matches and 99 of 105 sets...finished the season with 252 kills, 2.55 kills per set, 45 digs and 59 total blocks...tallied a career-high 21 kills and seven blocks against Iona (9/01)...named to the America East All-Rookie Team..earned America East rookie of the week honors three times (9/4, 9/11, 9/25)...tallied double digits in kills 12 times during season.

Prep
Wiedenfeld was a middle blocker and right side hitter at Marian High School...As a senior in 2017, she earned All-Nebraska second-team honors along with Class A second-team honors on a Marian team that won state title...As a junior in 2016, was named to the All-Nebraska Watch List and was a Class A All-State Honorable Mention honoree... Named most improved player on the Nebraska Elite club team twice and was also selected to the Nebraska Prep Class of 2018 Super 25 list... Academically, made the Principal’s Honor Roll every semester.
