CALGARY, ALBERTA, CANADA -- Former South Dakota kicker Mark McLoughlin was named the CEO and President of the Calgary Stampeders on Sept. 3.

He is the second all-time leadering scorer in CFL history and the all-time leader in seasons and games played for the Calgary Stampeders. Just prior to the announcement, McLoughlin announced his retirement from his playing career.
