Andrew Van Ginkel (Rock Valley, Iowa) and junior place-kicker
Miles Bergner (Longmont, Colo.) have been named to the all-Missouri Valley Football Conference Team announced Monday by the conference office. It is the first such honor for both players.
Van Ginkel, a first-team honoree who was named MVFC Freshman of the Year last week, finished the regular season second in the MVFC in both sacks (9.0) and tackles-for-loss (18.0). He was the Coyotes' fifth-leading tackler with 56 stops. He also recovered three fumbles, forced two, blocked a kick and had two pass breakups.
Bergner earned second-team honors as a place-kicker and honorable mention honors as a punter. He made all 27 extra-point attempts and 14 of 22 field goals. He had five makes of at least 45 yards including one from 50 and another from 53. He also had 18 touchbacks on 47 kickoffs.
Bergner averaged 41.4 yards per punt, which ranked fourth in the Valley and 23
rd nationally. He pinned 17 punts inside the 20 and had 14 go for more than 50 yards. Bergner is on the CFPA Watch List as both a punter and place-kicker.

Derek Chancellor (McCook, Neb.) and junior safety
Tyson Graham (Pompano Beach, Fla.) also earned honorable mention honors. Lage led the Coyotes and ranked 12
th in the Valley with 84 tackles. Chancellor started all 11 games in helping the Coyotes average 21 points and 349 yards of offense. Graham led the Coyotes and ranked second in the Valley with four interceptions. He also finished as the team's second-leading tackler with 69.
