The SeriesThis marks the 10th meeting between South Dakota and Dakota Wesleyan in program history, but the first since the 2004-05 season. The Coyotes lead the series 8-1 with seven of the nine previous games played inside the DakotaDome.
Last Time OutThe Pac-12's Washington pulled away late in the fourth quarter to win 77-64 Saturday and end South Dakota's 18-game home winning streak. The Coyotes had also won six in a row on the season up until that point. The Coyotes used a 19-0 run in the first quarter for an early advantage and had the lead headed into the locker room at halftime. Taylor Piper are Dakota Wesleyan women's basketball alumnae. Hart is also the daughter of DWU Athletic Director Curt Hart and sister of DWU Associate Athletic Director Jonathan Hart. All three Harts are expected to be in attendance Thursday evening.
