VERMILLION, S.D.—The Coyotes continue to roll on a four-game winning streak after upsetting the undefeated and No. 13 Drake on Thursday.

South Dakota (4-3) has spread the scoring, with four players reaching double figures in each of their wins this season. South Dakota has also won 17 consecutive home games, which is tied for the seventh-longest active win streak in the nation. The Coyotes have an all-time DakotaDome record of 362-147.

Portland State (0-6) arrives in Vermillion after falling 74-65 to the Coyotes' in-state rival South Dakota State on Thursday. The Vikings and the Coyotes have met twice before in program history. South Dakota defeated Portland State 86-57 on the road last season. Portland State's last trip to Vermillion resulted in a 87-71 loss to the Coyotes in 1992-93, when both programs were Division II.

The Coyotes are nationally ranked in several categories.

Junior guard Caitlin Duffy has made 24-of-49 beyond the arc, which is the fifth-most made 3-point field goals in the nation. Her 3.43 triples per game tops the league and ranks 11th nationally.

Senior guard Nicole Seekamp is averaging 7.0 assists per game, which tops the Summit and ranks eighth nationally. Her 35 total assists in five games ranks second in the league and 51st nationally.

As a team, the Coyotes are shooting .396 outside the perimeter, the 12th-best 3-point shooting percentage in the nation.

Thursday night the Coyotes outrebounded Drake 54-33, led by 27 offensive boards. Over the course of the season, South Dakota has a 12.1 rebound margin over its opponents, which ranks 19th nationally.

Saturday will also be Seekamp's 100th career start. Only six players in program history have started more than 100 games.

Tip-off is set for 2 p.m. Fans that are unable to attend tonight can watch online at GoYotes.com, listen via Coyote Sports Network with John Thayer on KVTK 1570, and follow live stats on GoYotes.com.
