VERMILLION, S.D. – South Dakota head women's soccer coach Michael Thomas has announced the Coyotes' upcoming spring schedule with eight opponents over six dates in addition to an alumni game.
 
The spring slate begins with three-straight contests on the home turf of First Bank & Trust Soccer Complex. The first game is March 22 against Southwest Minnesota State, followed by a doubleheader on March 24 against Augustana and Wayne State.
 
The schedule then concludes with three straight at home, first a doubleheader against Morningside and Northern State on April 13 with the alumni game to follow on April 14.
 
Sandwiched between the home contests, the Coyotes travel to 2018 NCAA Championships qualifier Minnesota on March 31 along with a pair of games in Ames, Iowa, on April 7 against Iowa State and Minnesota State.
 
South Dakota is coming off its best season in the NCAA era with a 9-7-2 overall record, including the most wins on its home pitch with six.
