Women's golfer
Danica Badura is featured in this week's YoteCast, the official podcast of South Dakota athletics hosted by John C Thayer.
The freshman completed her third tournament last week as a Coyote and earned her first top 10 placing tying for ninth place. Badura's ninth place finish is the first time this season the Yotes have had a golfer finish in the top 10. She recorded a three round score of 222 at the HBU Intercollegiate. The Aurora, Nebraska, native talks about the transition to collegiate golf, her high school success, and how she got into the sport growing up.
We start the episode as we always do with athletic director
David Herbster who reflects on the women's basketball team's trip to the NCAA Tournament, the weight room debacle at the men's and women's NCAA Tournament. Thayer also asks Herbster in the "ask the athletic director" segment if he can still dunk.
YoteCast is available across a variety of platforms: Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Spotify, iHeart Radio, Sticher. A new episode debuts every week. Subscribe on your favorite platform so you never miss an episode.
