VERMILLION, S.D.—South Dakota senior associate athletic director Corey Jenkins is pleased to announce the promotion of Cameron Wilson to Assistant Athletic Director for Events and Facilities and the promotion of Alexa McMillen to Director of Equipment Operations.
 
Wilson joined the Coyote athletic department in July of 2017 as the director of events. In his role, Wilson oversees the scheduling, assignments and supervision of event staff while directly overseeing game management operations.
 
Prior to arriving in Vermillion, Wilson was the assistant director of facilities and events at Marshall. Wilson holds a bachelor's degree from Wayne State and a master's in intercollegiate athletic administration from the University of Nebraska.
 
McMillen, an alum of the University of South Dakota, has been with the Coyote athletic department since graduating in 2012. She has served as USD's equipment manager since 2016. She manages the Adidas product allotment for the athletic department, handling ordering and branding.
 
McMillen is also a former Coyote softball player, donning the USD jersey from 2009-12. After graduation, she worked with softball until 2015 and then spent the 2015-16 school year as a part of the facilities staff.
