The South Dakota women's golf team heads back to the Show-Me State for a three-day tournament hosted by Missouri. The Johnie Imes Invitational begins on Monday and ends on Wednesday. The event will take place at the Club at Old Hawthorne in Columbia, Missouri. The course will play as a par 72 and covers 6,161 yards.

The Coyotes will see another large field with 14 teams competing in this tournament. USD and Oral Roberts are the two schools representing the Summit League in this event. South Dakota will also see a few teams that competed in the first tournament of the fall season at the MSU/Payne Stewart Memorial tournament including Arkansas State, Wichita State, and Missouri State. Monday and Tuesday of the tournament will begin with tee times off the front and back at 8 am while Wednesday's final round will be a shotgun start at 8 am as well.

The lineup for the second fall tournament on the schedule remains the same as the first. Junior
Akari Hayashi leads the team at the no. 1 spot followed by junior Dancia Badura, freshman
Emma Henningsson, freshman
Catie Nekola, and fifth-year senior
Molly Fossen. The Coyotes are coming off an eight-place finish at the opening tournament of the 2022-23 season. USD had three finish inside the top-30 individually led by Badura's 23
rd place finish.

South Dakota competed as this same tournament last season and finished in 13th place as a team. Badura had a top-30 performance individually with a 225 (77-75-73) three-round total.
