COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho—
Emma Henningsson carded a second round 72 to highlight South Dakota women's golf at the Coeur d'Alene Collegiate Monday. The three-round, 54-hole event concludes Tuesday at Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course.

Lara Gehring are tied for 34
th place at 8-over par through two rounds. More than 70 golfers are competing in the event. South Dakota is 13
th in the team scoring at 42 over following scores of 307 and 303.
Henningsson, Nekola and Gehring each carded two birdies during their round Monday. Gehring followed Sunday 76 with a 74. Nekola scored 77 and 73. Henningsson went 78 and 72.
Gehring and fellow Coyote
Alexa Wingnean both birdied the signature 14
th hole and its floating green. The par 3 played 144 yards Monday. Wingnean is 15-over for the championship.
UC Davis at 1-under par holds a two-shot lead over Seattle in the team race. Host Gonzaga is third at 7-over. Gonzaga's Grace Lee followed a brilliant 62 with a 2-under 69 Monday. She holds an eight-shot lead over the rest of the field at 11-under par.
